Edwin L. Jones, Post 91

Oconomowoc, Wisconsin

The American Legion Post in Oconomowoc is one of the more active Legion Posts in the area. We are a group of proud veterans who are committed to being an active organization in Oconomowoc and to be of service to our fellow veterans.

Our post is able to be of assistance to the following local and state organizations:

American Legion Baseball, Junior & Senior teams
Oconomowoc Food Pantry
Boy Scouts
Girl Scouts
Oconomowoc Veterans Fund
Camp American Legion
Badger Boys State
Troop Support
Oconomowoc Fire Department
Lake Area Free Clinic
Veterans Memorial Park

Oconomowoc is also known for the numerous parades it holds during the year.

Starting with Memorial Day to July 4th, to Homecoming to Veterans Day, and our last parade each year, the Christmas Parade. The American Legion Marching Band plays its patriotic tunes and American Legion Color Guard marches with and guards our country's colors.

Additionally, we represent Oconomowoc in numerous parades throughout S.E. Wisconsin during the summer.

Also, during June, July & August the American Legion Concert Band preforms at The Ken Rhodee Bandshell, the Color Guard posts and retrieves the colors at each performance.
